The handpainted silk elephant is vibrant and decorated with flowers as they do for the Jaipur Festival in India. Mar 4, 2010 - Hi there, for this project I used Sandwashed silk, a delicious fabric which is shiny on one side. Perfect for clothes, and heavier than habotai which is what I needed for a wallhanging. Thanks for dropping by! Cheers Teena
